Do you know what that means?
Allergy season, yikes!
I do not know about you but I sure do not like having running nose, itchy eyes and sneezing all the time. I found a couple natural remedies that helped me a lot through the first bloom.
I will briefly discuss each one of them.
Local Bee Pollen: One teaspoon a day for six weeks, so your body can consume all the dense nutrients of pollen for it to be immune. Same goes with Local Raw Unfiltered Honey. Who doesn’t love honey? You may add both of these items on top of your oatmeal, smoothies, fruit bowls and salads.
Stinging Nettle: Nettle has been used for centuries to treat allergy symptoms. It helps with decongestion, antihistamines and it contains biologically active compounds to reduce inflammation. Great way to consume nettle is either teas or nettle tinctures.
Eye-bright: Eye-bright is another plant that has been used for centuries, offers many health benefits. I mean it is called ‘EYE’bright so it cares for the eyes. To consume eye-bright is through a tincture. You can find all of these items at Health Food Store, Whole Foods or Natural Store.
