What does a Plant Based Lifestyle mean?
A Plant Based lifestyle is eating whole plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, seeds, nuts and very minimal animal products to none. I personally do not consist in any animal products at all, sometimes I will eat eggs where I feel guided.
Plant based lifestyle consist of eating WHOLE REAL foods that comes from the ground and less processed foods. I believe it so important to consume high nutrient dense foods and fueling our body with ‘alive’ energetic plants.
Plants are seriously the coolest thing ever! When you plant them into seeds in the ground and they push themselves turning into a beautiful stem of new growth, so it can become into a flourishing tree, flower, fruit, greens, vegetables and so much more!
I truly believe that plants are healers, they are so abundant here on earth but, yet we only consume a small percentage of them. It is crazy to imagine that there are about 400,000 plant species on earth and the ones that are edible is about half of that and we only eat maybe less than 200 species in America.

We have more chemicals, pesticides, toxins in our food than we actually consume of plants!

My passion is to share this knowledge and reminding people going back to basics and gaining sovereignty with our food. Learning how to cook plant-based foods and consuming less processed food. I know I was guided to share this with all of you, so you may be aware of what is going on in our own country.
