How I overcame a toxic lifestyle and shifted into a healthy plant-based lifestyle
In 2013 I came to a point in my life where I had my first awakening and told myself “Enough!” I was deep in a hole wherever I would hang out with people who would consume my energy and where I was taking other's emotional garbage. Not taking care of myself, going out partying – drinking, smoking and being in relationships which did not serve me well AT ALL! I was looking for someone to define who I was because I was lost and confused.
At the end of 2013 – I made a massive action step and I went to go explore who I was, so I went on an eight-month solo-trip. I started in Guatemala and went all the way down to Brazil. That experience alone was beautiful and insightful – and it led me in the right direction, where I was able to obtain a healthier lifestyle. I enrolled into a Permaculture Design Course in Costa Rica and volunteered for the WWOOF (World Wide Organization of Organic Farming) in Brazil, so I could learn about sustainability and truly learn about where our food comes from, as well as learning how to grow your own food.
Coming back from a trip of self-awakening, in 2015 I had to integrate back into American society where I had to re-pattern my old habits and recreate healthier ones. I had prior experiences working with raw vegan restaurants and I had some kitchen knowledge from a Culinary Arts Program that I attended while living in San Francisco.
So I enrolled myself in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to study to be a Holistic Health Coach where I learned 100 different diet theories and lifestyles. I also had to take action with my body and with my movements because I was unhappy with how I felt energetically and looked. I took action and enrolled myself in an all women-based gym where they host a six-week boot camp; where you commit to nutrition and exercise. It was what I needed because it helped change my state of mind. It catapulted me into a massive action, as it physically moved my body and helped me have a new mindset.
From all my experiences and things that I now have learned, I am happy to say that I am radiating with energy, vibrating with health and I am so happy with where my body is at today. A plant-based lifestyle truly changed my life - the way I feel about myself emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

I found my passion during my own magical transformation, now I want to help other women transform their lives into a healthier version of their best self. Reclaiming our sovereignty back by transforming ourselves in the way we eat, our mindset and movement.
